Cooperation with registers and medical records

When the collection has been going on for some time and we have data on a sufficient number of people, we plan to coordinate data from public registers and quality registers in Sweden. Which registers depend on the current research question. The following registers will be relevant for co-ordination:

  • The Swedish Tax Authority, the Population Register
  • Statistics Sweden, population and housing census
  • Longitudinal Integrated Database for Health Insurance and Labour Market Studies (LISA)
  • The Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan)
  • The Education Register (UREG)
  • The Swedish Multi-generational Registry
  • The Swedish Medical Birth Registry (MFR)
  • The Swedish Patient Registry
  • The Swedish Prescription Registry
  • The Cause of Death Register
  • The Swedish Cancer Register
  • The National Patient Register (inpatient/outpatient specialist care)
  • The Swedish Muster Roll Register
